– is where I get to have fun at the end of the day. Making my patterns work with some donated fabric along with quick and easy sewing makes me happy. And sometimes I do pattern mockups in this donated fabric to test the look and calculations of new designs.
Here are 3 that I have finished lately. I used every inch of the Toy Story piece to make this LESLIE. And how perfect is the border? For IVORY PALACE, there was just enough of a couple pieces to make this work. PACIFIC GROVE at the bottom was my first draft of the new pattern–it gave me the chance to check proportions before I finalized the pattern.
