MIDNIGHT BLUE Vintage 40×40
MIDNIGHT BLUE is my go-to pattern for cutting up scraps for service quilts. One 5″ strip makes the outside frame of the block. The 5″ centers can be a common fabric or scraps as well. It is a big simple block that sews fast. The pattern is for 20 blocks, but I make as many or few as I want or have fabric for. With coordinating colors or themes, it makes a great quilt every time. This fabric was donated by Windham.
