COOL WATER Lark Cream 40″x 50″
Here is the second quilt from the COOL WATER / BRIDES DREAM blocks in Amy Butler’s Lark. I used a more traditional white on cream background fabric from my mother’s stash. I added a 3″ lattice strip to just one side of the blocks, half on the right, half on the left. Then I finished with lattice between the rows and a floating background border. It is a slightly different effect, both with color and layout. I like them both, and it was a fun exercise.
