HOT TAMALE/STRIPED DELIGHT City Girl 42″x 54″
I had 11 3 1/2″ strips left from that City Girl pack. I had to use it up. I paired it with some random white on white scraps from Mom’s stash and made blocks like HOT TAMALE. I didn’t want the rail/lightning look that would have resulted with laying it out, rotating every other block, like HOT TAMALE. So I laid it out in columns like STRIPED DELIGHT. I like the look, the way it features the fabrics. I got 2 quilts out of this bag of strips and used up all kinds of odds and ends of background.
