I’m bummed that the Fast & Fun Blog Hop is wrapping up today. Sadly, all good things much come to an end sometime. And this Blog Hop really was a “good thing,” wasn’t it?

I really enjoyed reading each participating blogger’s post each day, didn’t you? I must confess that I read them over breakfast because I honestly couldn’t wait to see which quilt each blogger created! And I absolutely loved reading the comments on our VRD post as well as the comments on the other blogs. What fun!

THANK YOU to everyone who took the time to hop from blog to blog this past week. It really warms my heart that so many folks came along for our Fast & Fun Blog Hop ride!

If you haven’t finished reading all the posts for the Hop and leaving comments to register for prizes, you have through Sunday, January 29th to do so. Use the links above to visit each participating blogger to catch up on your reading and your prize entries.

I just have to do a quick shout out to my cousin, Robin, a fellow quilter. Robin had her knee replaced yesterday and after waking up from anesthesia and while she had a little lunch, she made sure to read Wednesday’s blog posts for the Hop. Now that’s real dedication! Heal fast, Cuz.

Winners will be drawn next week, notified, and prizes will be shipped in February. We will also be posting the winners in February, so stay tuned — it could even be you.

One Last VRD Fast & Fun Blog Hop Giveaway

  1. Jo sent me! I thought the blog hop was fun. I only follow one or two of the blogs, so it was neat seeing brand new people and the variations they made with the different patterns. It was really cool and definitely gave me some ideas. It’s always fun seeing quilts in different color ways.

  2. Thank you Tricia for putting together the Blog Hop; it was my first and had never heard of a Blog Hop. It was nice to see some of the blogs I am already familiar with and discover new ones. However, I did have problems commenting on some using my mobile devices. Ended up having to go on my laptop and commenting there and changing some blog settings. Due to time constraints I did have to pass on some of the blogs. Enjoyed very much seeing how the bloggers used each of the patterns and adapted them to their requirements. Would this be something you would be putting together maybe twice a year? I am a subscriber to your VR blog and a member of the VR Facebook group.,

  9. The blog hop was so fun. I’m glad Jo told us about it so we could join in. The only problem I had was with Blogger. It wouldn’t let me comment so I didn’t get to join every blog contest.

I like the quilt with the bronze border. It’s much different than I would normally choose. I think it’s Firefox but the quilts don’t display in a row on my phone.

    Thanks for the blog hop!

I made 3 VRD pattern quilt tops over last weekend! I follow on Facebook and enjoy seeing what others make from their patterns, which is so inspiring. Thanks, VRD for such a fun week with the blog hop! Let’s do it again soon!
